Happy Friday Grade 1 families :)
Here are some of our highlights together this week;
-"Today we got to see our caterpillars in a pupa. We moved them in a new home!." Evan
-"In math, we practiced counting by 2's, 5's and 10's. I saw a pattern it keeps going the same number only the first number changes every time ex: 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 etc. " Kate

'In music we had auditions for the talent show. Me and my partner Evan we are doing soccer. We had to go around in a circle, we did some passing and then I used a Hoola Hoop. We find out today if we are in the show." Reid
-"In T.W.A.S. we predicted what the caterpillars are going to turn into after the weekend. I predicted that they will be a BUTTERFLY!." Bentley T
-"In our journals. We have been doing stories with story cubes. I wrote about a cave that had a wolf that was in the forrest and a spider web. I like using the story cubes!." Jacob NS
-"Yesterday we tried a directed drawing of our Dads for fathers day. I liked that my drawing looked like my dad in real life." Abbey
-"In gym, we did soccer. We did it in the gym and my partner was Melanie. We practiced passing." Ciara
-"This week Ms. Manser finished reading Charlotte's Web to us. I was sad when Charlotte died, but happy when Wilber took the egg sack. I liked that Ms. Manser read to us." Cooper
